Italy tops the statistics on doping in soccer with 31 registered cases in the Anti-Doping Database

 

A search done in the Anti-Doping Database shows that nandrolone is the most commonly used substance amongst italian suspended athletes. United Kingdom follows with 19 registered cases and where cocaine is the most commonly used substance. In Norway 13 players has been sanctioned after testing positive for a banned substance. Malta (13), France (10) and Switzerland (8) follows.
