Xinyi Chen, China, swimming, hydrochlorothiazide:
The Chinese has competed in 100 meter butterfly and 50 meter freestyle. IOC has now confirmed the positive test and has disqualified the athlete from the Summer Olympic Games in Rio.
Chinas has the most doping cases in swimming. 59 athletes from the country has been suspended for anti-doping rule violation. That is 30 more than number two on the list, Russia. Host nation Brazil is in third with 26 banned athletes.
Only five swimmers has tested positive and being sanctioned after testing positive for hydrochlorothiazide. Chen is the first swimmer from China who has tested positive for the prohibited substance.
Track and Field tops the statistics with 19 banned athletes.

The 3000 meter steeple athlete from Bulgaria has returned a positive test for the banned substance CERA (EPO).
We have registered 24 athletes who has tested positive for CERA in the Anti-Doping Database. Ten of these athletes we competing in the sport of Track and Field. In cycling there has been 13 cases. Triathlon has had only one case where an athlete has tested positive to this substance.
Kleber Da Silva Ramos, Brazil, cycling, CERA:
The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) announces that, in accordance with its Anti-Doping Rules (UCI ADR), Brazilian rider Kleber Da Silva Ramos has been provisionally suspended following an Adverse Analytical Finding (AAF) of CERA found in a sample collected by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) during an out-of-competition control on 31 July 2016.
IOC has now disqualified the athlete.
